Struct MenuScene

Source
pub struct MenuScene {
    egui: EguiLayer,
    recent: RecentProjects,
}
Expand description

The editor’s landing screen: create a new project, open an existing one, or reopen one from the recent-projects list. Replaces itself with an EditorScene once a project is chosen.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MenuScene

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Scene for MenuScene

Source§

fn update( &mut self, _delta_time: f32, _input_state: &InputState, _mouse_state: &MouseState, renderer: Option<&mut Renderer<'_>>, ) -> SceneTransition

Source§

fn render(&mut self, _pass: &mut DrawPass<'_>)

Source§

fn on_window_event(&mut self, event: &WindowEvent)

Receives every raw winit window event, ahead of any App-level handling. Default is a no-op; override to feed events into something like egui-winit that needs the raw stream.
Source§

fn render_overlay( &mut self, device: &Device, queue: &Queue, encoder: &mut CommandEncoder, view: &TextureView, )

Called after the main render pass has ended but before the frame is submitted, with the same encoder/target view so a second pass can be recorded on top (e.g. compositing an egui UI). Default is a no-op.

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Convert Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>. Box<dyn Any> can then be further downcast into Box<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
§

fn into_any_rc(self: Rc<T>) -> Rc<dyn Any>

Convert Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>. Rc<Any> can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
§

fn as_any_mut(&mut self) -> &mut (dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &mut Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &mut Any’s vtable from &mut Trait’s.
